Directions For Our Teas

Shake packet gently to mix the powders inside. Add 4-6 oz. of luke warm or room temperature filtered water to a 32-40 oz. cup, depending on how strong you'd like your tea. Add the entire packet and stir until mixed well and no powder remains. Fill the cup to the top with ice. Fill the cup with cold filtered water. Stir and enjoy!

Our images show the teas as they are prepared in retail, layered with the addition of pure aloe juice. Your packets will not produce the layering effect shown.

Note: To decrease your caffeine intake, split the shaken packet into to half

Our teas contain both natural and artificial forms of caffeine to eliminate caffeine crash. Each tea contains between 120-135 mgs of caffeine; for reference, an 8 oz cup of black coffee contains about 95 mgs of caffeine.

High Caffeine: Comparable to or stronger than a cup of black tea.
